DLIMH Welcomes in the New Year & Looks Back at 2016!

Dinosaurs Living in My Hair (DLIMH) pays tribute to 2016. As we walk through the door and say goodbye to a great year, we remember when we had 5 Instagram followers at the beginning of 2016, (we are closing in on 1000), our most recent Facebook video engaged 1400 viewers, and our website has taken on a fresh new look. Social Media check.
We have organically grown one reader at a time . . . one child at a time . . . one blogger at a time . . . and thank all of you who give our platform and children's book a place in your busy life.
We are excited our second DLIMH book will be published in 2017 and look forward to meeting students as we crisscross the country beginning in January. However, before we flip the page to 2017, we want to acknowledge all of the hard work done in 2016, which we are most grateful for. There was a lot of pain, exhaustion, frustration, procrastination, and fear in the completion of the second DLIMH manuscript — which all authors know at one time or another — but we made it. I am thankful for my friends and family for their faith and encouragement and for reading "another final draft for the 400th time).
Happy New Year!
Seriously, Happy New Year!
